This is a true Medium-Support bra. It’s custom-tuned for high-energy cycling, strength training, and studio work. If you're looking for lock-it-down support for outdoor road running or heavy plyometrics, we recommend grabbing one of our High-Impact styles.
How should this fit around the ribcage and band?
It offers a supportive, compressive fit through the chest and ribcage. The wide underbust band is engineered to distribute pressure smoothly without digging or creating roll-up. It should feel snug and secure, but you should still be able to take a full, deep breath without restriction.
What if I’m between sizes or have a broader ribcage?
Fit is everything with a sports bra! If you like a tight, locked-in feel for spin or cardio, size down. If you have a broader band size, prefer a little less compression, or want to wear it for low-key studio classes, take the size up.
Are the cup pads removable?
Yes! Hidden interior pockets hold removable inserts so you can customize your look, shaping, and coverage levels whenever you want.
