Shipping Details
Need it in time for Christmas? Customers will need to place orders by 12:00pm ET on December 20th, 2022 and choose an expedited shipping option to receive on or before 12/24/22. Please note, while on-time delivery is always our goal, there may be possible carrier delays outside of Peloton's control once the package has departed our warehouse.
*Orders with a subtotal over $50 (after discounts & credits are applied) will receive FREE standard shipping within the Continental U.S
All Ground packages are shipped via DHL. DHL does not deliver on Sundays. Please allow 2-5 business days for orders to be fulfilled and shiped.
Orders may be delayed from shipment due to discrepancies in payment or billing/shipping information. Transit time may be extended due to incomplete shipping address (i.e. missing or invalid apartment number/street number), weather conditions and/or high volume of packages during holidays or promotional events. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Please note: Shipping information cannot be updated or changed once the order has been completed and shipped from our warehouse. Please make sure all information under shipping is correct before finalizing your order.
Cart Limits
To ensure our Member community has access to newest collections we have restricted online carts to a limit a 5 per item at this time.
