Apparel Returns

 We understand that getting your returns back to us may not be a priority or so simple during these uncertain times. So we wanted to make it a little easier by extending our return policy from 30 days to 61 days, for any orders placed on March 1st to June 14th.

UPDATE: As of June 15th, orders now placed have an original return policy of 30 days. 

Any items purchased online or in-store excluding final sale items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please note that due to how quickly our inventory moves we may be limited in exchanges. If you would like to start your return, please click here.

For a full refund within 30 days of the purchase: items must be unwashed and unworn, the original shipping fee is non-refundable. If any items were purchased with a referral code, your order will be refunded in the form of a new code for the amount of the returned items. Please contact our Support for your referral refund.

Once your package has been received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Due to COVID-19, we are not currently accepting any in-store returns. For further assistance, please contact our Support Team.

Apparel Referral Credits

Peloton’s referral program is a $100 discount to the online Apparel store when you refer a friend to a Peloton Bike or Tread. This credit is a one time use promotion, is non-transferable, and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. 

This reward cannot be used for the purchase of gift cards or merchandise credits and are valid for six months from issuance. Shipping fees may apply to your purchase.
