Hole in pants

"There was a huge hole in my pants. Rather than sending a new pair I was told to return and order a new one. Very frustrating because I had to plan to return them quickly in order to be able to get my refund and then buy a new pair so that I didn’t lose out on so much money at once. The hole looked like it came from a scanner or something. I sent it to to customer service."
