Great material and great feel

"Great mat! Perfect size for a small room/ office and its textured for additional grip. Someone had the audacity to blame the mat for their cat clawing it at which blows my mind. I have an $200 alo yoga mat that my cats clawed. . I wouldn't blame alo for making it irresistible for my cats."

Terrible customer service

"I attempted to cancel this Order within 25 minutes of ordering it, because the folks I bought it for had already purchased their own. Customer service said I couldn’t return it until it had shipped. After the order shipped the return page informed me that the item was ineligible for return. The product does not lay flat. The product does not help to stabilize the machine on carpet, so if you are trying to use it for that reason you will need something more substantial to go onto the carpet to stabilize your bike."
