Tunde X Peloton Apparel Sweepstakes
NO PURCHASE OR SMS CONSENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
ELIGIBILITY: Tunde X Peloton Apparel Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) open only to legal residents of fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited. Employees and their immediate families (including spouses, parents, children, and siblings, regardless of where they reside, and individuals living in the same household as any such employee, whether or not related) of Peloton Interactive, Inc. ("Sponsor"), its parent, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and judges, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 2:00pm Eastern Time (“ET”) on 5/19/2026 and ends at 11:00 am 5/25/2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
TO ENTER: No purchase or SMS consent necessary to enter or win. During the Sweepstakes Period, there are two (2) ways to enter. A purchase or SMS consent will not increase your chances of winning.
1. Instagram and form entry: Visit the @pelotonapparel account on Instagram, find the post about the Sweepstakes (the “Entry Post”) and complete the following to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes:
- Follow the @pelotonapparel Instagram account and @tune2tunde
- Leave a comment in the Entry Post comments thread including the hashtag: #EnterPelotonSweepstakes.
- Complete an electronic entry form and optionally sign up to receive SMS marketing communications for Peloton, available at https://apparel.onepeloton.com/pages/tunde-collection-sms-sign-up.
By submitting a phone number on electronic entry form, entrant consents to receive automated marketing texts from Peloton Interactive, Inc. Message & data rates may apply. Entrants may text STOP to opt out. Text HELP for help. The wireless carrier of the entrant is not a sponsor of this sweepstakes.
If you do not have an Instagram account, establishing an account is free. All Instagram terms apply (as applicable). Your Instagram account must be set to “public” in order for your Entry to be eligible. You can return the applicable account to “private” any time after the winner has been announced.
All entries made via this method must be received by 11:00 am ET on 5/25/2026 to be eligible.
2. Alternative Email Entry Method: Submit an email containing your name, address, and email address to social@onepeloton.com, to receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes. Email entries must be received by 11:00 am ET on 5/25/2026 to be eligible.
Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries will be void. Entries generated by script, mechanical, macro or other automated means, or by any means which subvert the entry process are void. Entries become the sole property of Sponsor.
DRAWING: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about 5/25/2026 from all eligible entries received (“Prize Drawing”). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified via Instagram direct message no later than 5/26/2026. Potential winners who have entered using the alternative email entry method will be notified via email. Potential winners may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and, unless prohibited, Publicity Release, and (if applicable) IRS Form W-9. If a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or a potential winner does not respond to the initial notification within five (5) days of the initial notification, return all required documents within this time period, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner selected.
PRIZES (1): One (1) Peloton Apparel top and bottom clothing set of choice. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): Not to exceed $250.00. Total ARV of all prizes not to exceed $250.00. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. All federal, state and local taxes, if any, and all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winners. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer a prize, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value. Prize cannot be redeemed for cash. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per person/household.
PUBLICITY GRANT: Each winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, city and state of residence, photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, in any manner, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating, entrant releases, indemnifies and holds harmless Sponsor, and any other companies or related parties associated with this Sweepstakes, and each of its and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, members, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents (each a “Releasee” and collectively the, “Releasees”) from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind, including death, threatened or actual injury, loss or damage to any person, including sickness, disease, death and disability arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or receipt or use and/or misuse of any prize. Releasees are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, delayed, inaccurate, illegible, garbled, stolen or incomplete Entries, emails, posts, comments, or communications of any kind; or for Entries not received for any reason or for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to or alterations of Sweepstakes-related materials; or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive registration or other information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or social platform or any combination thereof; or for any other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing or judging of Entries, the announcement of the prizes, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. If there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to void any Entry at issue (including disqualifying any individual who tampers or otherwise interferes with the Sweepstakes), and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, at any time without notice and determine the winners from among all non-suspect Entries received up to time of such action using the winner determination procedure set forth above or as it deems fair and appropriate. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any force majeure event, including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, pandemic, public health emergency, national emergency, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, provided these events qualify as force majeure events, then Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAWS AND REGULATIONS.
CHOICE OF LAW. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflicts of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes or these Official Rules shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in New York County, New York, and entrant consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
USE OF DATA: Sponsor will be collecting personal data about entrants in accordance with its privacy policy. Please review the Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://www.onepeloton.com/privacy-policy.
WINNERS LIST: For a winners list (first name, last initial and state of residence), send a hand-printed, self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Content Social 441 9th Ave, ℅ 6th Floor Mail Room, New York, New York 10001. All requests must be received by no later than 30 days after the end of the Sweepstakes.
