Peloton Apparel Return Policy

Eligible Apparel Returns: Apparel & accessories items purchased online (at apparel.onepeloton.com) or in-store can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided they meet the requirements outlined below and are not marked final sale at time of purchase. A $9 restocking fee will be applied to all mail in returns. Exchanges are not available.

  • Online Purchases: Must be returned strictly via mail. Retail stores cannot accept or process returns for items purchased online.

    • Returned items must be unwashed, unworn and with the original tags attached.

    • If an item was marked final sale or non-refundable at time of purchase it will not be eligible for return or refund.

  • In-Store Purchases: Must be returned in-person at the exact retail location where the original purchase was made. 


Is there a restocking fee? Yes - a $9 restocking fee will be applied to all mail in returns. Exchanges are not available.

I paid for shipping, is that refundable? Any shipping fees charged in connection with the original purchase are non-refundable.

What happens when Peloton receives your return? Once your return package has been received, we will review the items and determine whether they meet the eligibility criteria above. All eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method, within 7-10 days of receipt. All returns are subject to review and will be handled on a case-by-case basis at Peloton's sole discretion. Any suspected fraudulent activity or abuse of this Apparel Return Policy may result in the denial of returns, refunds, or future transactions or returns. Peloton is not responsible for items lost or missing in transit during a return.

I purchased my items with a referral code. Can I get a refund? For purchases made with a referral code, eligible return items will be refunded in the form of a new code for the amount of the returned items. Please contact Member Support (support@onepeloton.com) for your referral refund.

Why was I denied a refund? For questions about why a return was denied, please contact our Member Support Team at support@onepeloton.com.

Apparel Returns with Referral Credits

Peloton’s referral program is a $100 discount to the online Apparel store when you refer an eligible friend to Peloton for the purchase of an eligible fitness unit. This credit is a one time use promotion, is non-transferable, and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. This reward cannot be used for the purchase of gift cards or merchandise credits and is valid for six months from issuance. Shipping fees may apply to your purchase.

If a partial order is returned, the total paid out of pocket for that item is credited back to the credit card that was used and the total portion of referral credit applied to that item will be refunded in the form of a new credit.
