"The material on this is awesome! It is supportive but not for high impact. Would work well for a low impact ride, a lift or a stretch but i did spill out during yoga. For context I am a 36DDD cup and got M/L with some spillage. Maybe next time i can do a larger size with no spillage but i fear the band will be loose on my waist."
