"Order the wrong size. Noticed after I paid. Call to customer service and they told me they could not cancel the order or change the size. I had to receive the item, then call back in to send back and then was changed $9. 00 to return. Will never purchase again from Peloton. Why steal $9. 00 and lose a 5 year customer???"
