"When I contacted customer service, the experience only worsened. They demanded I provide video footage from my home cameras. For three days, I battled with their unresponsive and dismissive team, wasting time and patience with zero resolution. In the end, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to recover my money, as Peloton Apparel refused to take responsibility for their blatant error. I strongly warn others to steer clear—unless you’re prepared to chase your order and fight for your money, this company is not worth the risk."
