"Never received items . Peloton customer service is horrible. Many emails and phone calls and even n hold for an hour long hold to chat. Wa told item would ship in 24 hours . That never happened. Had to call again . Then two days later received an email advising items are out of stock . They weren’t. I check the website. They were still there in stock. HORRIBLE service and communication. Lack of communication is a better description."
