Too big and unable to exchange

"Bought these shorts for my husband who always runs medium. Double checked the stated size and felt like medium would fit. Way too big in the crotch area, looks like he is wearing pajamas. Love the print though and wanted to exchange for a small and peloton doesn’t have that option. For high prices clothes an exchange should be an option"
