Extremely Disappointed with Peloton Apparel - Still Waiting After Over a Month!

"I am writing this review with extreme disappointment and frustration after my recent experience with Peloton Apparel. I placed an order for some much-needed workout gear over a month ago, only to still be waiting for its arrival. The delayed delivery timeframe provided during the ordering process has long expired, and yet there is no sign of my package. I understand that delays can happen, especially during peak times, but Peloton Apparel's lack of transparency and failure to provide updates or solutions is unacceptable. It is disconcerting to see a company of their caliber ignore and neglect their customers' concerns. Note: This review reflects my personal experience, and other customers' experiences may vary."
