Run very small and horrible customer service
"Peloton is good at making fitness classes but poor at retail. I went for a class at Peloton Studios NYC, and stopped at the merch store afterwards. Men's selection was very limited, and the sales associate suggested I buy online. Even better, it was 40% off sitewide! I tried on a couple of shirts and shorts in the store to ensure I ordered the right size. The shorts that were delivered are nowhere close to the sizes in the store, but admittedly different SKU. For reference I ordered size S, and have a 30" waist. S was too small and a M would hopefully fit much better. I reached out to customer service to get a different size, however they refused to honor the price I paid, and wanted to charge me full price for the replacement items! No, thank you. I will not be shopping for Peloton Apparel in future."
