"Received my package saying the bracelet had shipped. But there were no bracelets in my package and no notation of a shortage on the packing slip. When I called, was told they were now sold out of my desired size. As this was a Christmas present, I asked for the replacement smaller size be overnighted. The shipment didn’t arrive until 6 days later and missed the party is was ordered for."
