"Ordered the red ornament. Spent three weeks dealing with Support explaining and re-explaining I didn’t receive the red ornament. Christmas Eve apparel finally replied to my countless emails the red ornament is out of stock. They chose to send the Grinch green ornament I didn’t order and now I can keep it or take more of my time to return it and then get a credit. Bad experience."
"I chose 1 star as when the ornament arrived it was lime green in color, not the RED ornament that I originally ordered. After speaking with a customer service agent, I was told the ornaments are chosen at random and I could not be assured of what color I would receive in place of the one that was shipped to me. I wasn’t given the opportunity to chose another color or informed what those colors might possibly be as the ornaments are randomly chosen. This is absolutely the first time I have been disappointed with a Peloton order. I chose to keep the ugly ornament versus receiving another in an unknown color. The website only shows a RED ornament and does not state the fact these ornament colors are randomly chosen. This is very unfair to the consumer."

Was not what I ordered
"I ordered a red glass ornament with the word Peloton etched into it. What I received was the green/yellow thing witha blue P logo sticker, which is now what shows up as the picture. This was NOT what was pictured or described when I ordered the pretty Red glass tree ornament. I wa pretty dissappointed to say the least. I have never considered something ugly that I receive from Peltoon and I have certainly ordered a lot of things from this site, but this honestly was . They did make good and issued me an immeiate refund and a gift card for my troubles. So kudos to customer service for making good on what appeard to be a shortage and/or warehouse problem."

"I ordered the red and pink ornament that’s on the site, but this is the one that came. It feels like plastic, not glass, and the package was beaten badly and looked like it had been cut open before delivery."
