SCAM! Run Away!

"I never received the cashback. I tried to talk with the Peloton customer service. They kept redirecting me the third party Fondue website, which appear to a B2B business that there's no way to find out the cashback status. When I was keeping push the Peloton customer service. They changed their strategy and said the promotions are not stackable, even the 30% cashback shows in my order details. I placed my order with Peloton, not with the third party, and the resources that Peloton provided is neither helpful nor clear. I get the idea that Peloton isn't a honest business. They just can't keep what they promised. Btw, the customer service is very rude, he's try NOT to be helpful."

"Got scammed into thinking my purchase was less than what it was. It never came and when I called Peloton they said that I had already received a discount, but the first person I spoke to before ordering said to wait thirty days. Very disappointing. In addition, when I placed my order, it never came. I had to call three time for them to tell me something went out of stock even though they had already charged me."
