"The order was correctly handled. It is unfortunate that I am not the owner of a digital torque wrench, which would have allowed me to make use of your helpful recommendation: "4-6 lb-ft/5-8 NM. " Perhaps some more informal guidance could be articulated."
"Bottom of the shoe started to separate after 6 months on both shoes. Poor quality mfg. would never purchase again. Obviously made overseas, peloton how could you put you name on this poor quality product? I have glued the bottoms back on until I can replace these."

"The size 10 I have is too big so I thought I'd try a size 9 now they're too small my feet went numb and I threw my back out after using the shoe one time and now I cannot return it"
"I found these shoes ran true to size. I usually wear an 8. 5 USA so I got a nine USA and I was pleased with the fit. This shoes make the ride unbelievably better! They are truly essential for riding."
"When I ordered these shoes for my mother-in-law as a gift, it appeared from the product description the clip-in cleats were included (and they are visible in the photo). However, the shoes were delivered without the cleats?"

"For wide feet, might have to size up. The feel of the product is great and the straps make it more comfortable."
