"I placed my order and wanted to return two items. The support (whether deliberately or just lacking training) could not facilitate my return. Finally after getting return label, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND FROM END OF MAY 2026. I am so tempted to cancel my membership. So tired of Peloton scams. Where is my refund??"
