For the holiday season, we’ve extended our return policy!
Any apparel orders purchased on the Peloton apparel website or in a Peloton showroom from Tuesday, November 1, 2022, through Tuesday, December 27, 2022, will be eligible to return online or in-store a full refund until Tuesday, January 31, 2023. Exchange requests are not possible, items must be returned and repurchased. Inventory is available while supplies lasts. If you would like to start your return, please click here.
For a full refund within 90 days of the purchase: items must be unwashed, unworn and with the tags attached. The original shipping fee is non-refundable. If any items were purchased with a referral code, your order will be refunded in the form of a new code for the amount of the returned items. Please contact our Support for your referral refund.
Once your package has been received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
You may return your Apparel at any Peloton Showroom that carries apparel. Please note, same policies apply.
Apparel Referral Credits
Peloton’s referral program is a $100 discount to the online Apparel store when you refer a friend to a Peloton Bike or Tread. This credit is a one time use promotion, is non-transferable, and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
This reward cannot be used for the purchase of gift cards or merchandise credits and are valid for six months from issuance. Shipping fees may apply to your purchase.
If a partial order is returned, the total paid out of pocket for that item is credited back to the credit card that was used and the total portion of referral credit applied to that item will be refunded in the form of a new credit.
